Account Service Team Lead

At Mainstay, we're seeking an experienced finance professional to lead our Service Charge Accounting Team. As a key member of our team, you'll contribute to our vision of delivering exceptional customer service and financial expertise.

About the Role

We're looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual to manage and motivate a team of around 6 people. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver accurate financial statements and records to our customers, ensuring timely and accurate Estate Finances.

  • Manage and motivate a team of accounting professionals to deliver high-quality financial reporting and resolve queries in a timely fashion.
  • Contribute positively and effectively to the team through creative ideas, tested processes, and feedback from colleagues and external parties.
About You

We're looking for an experienced finance professional with a background in commercial business partnering and a passion for developing in a growing organisation. You'll have a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to utilise your accounting knowledge to drive results.
