Cloud Acquisition Sales Representative

As a Cloud Acquisition Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in driving new business growth and solving complex problems for our customers. With a focus on acquiring new Confluent Cloud customers, you will be the driving force behind our sales engine.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively prospect and qualify new leads to drive sales growth.
  • Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to drive territory-wide consumption and growth.
  • Nurture existing customers to drive incremental consumption and commit growth.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of outbound sales experience with a track record of overachievement.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate the value of complex cloud technologies.
  • Skilled in new business prospecting, pipeline generation, and qualification.
