Job Opportunity

Continental Landscapes, a leading grounds maintenance and street cleansing services company, is seeking an experienced Contract Manager to lead our operations in the Midlands area.

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual with a proven track record of managing term contracts and projects from inception to completion. The successful candidate will have excellent communication, relationship management, and influencing skills, as well as good IT skills to effectively utilize our systems.

The ideal candidate will have a flexible attitude, demonstrating our company ethos on a daily basis, and motivating their teams to deliver high-quality services. They will also have the ability to control contract spend within budget, liaise with clients, investigate accidents, and control quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with clients regarding operational matters and hold contract progress meetings
  • Investigate accidents and insurance claims
  • Control quality and ensure work is completed to the specification standard

Requirements:

  • Proven experience of managing term contracts and projects
  • Excellent communication, relationship management, and influencing skills
  • Good IT skills
  • A full clean UK driving license
