The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring high-quality service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and motivate a team of staff to deliver exceptional service to clients
  • Control contract spend within budget and ensure efficient use of resources
  • Liaise with clients and stakeholders to resolve operational matters and provide clear advice
  • Monitor and report on contract performance, identifying areas for improvement
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
  • Investigate accidents and insurance claims, taking corrective action as necessary
  • Compile client reports and present results at progress meetings
  • Control quality and ensure work is completed to specification standards

Requirements:

  • Proven experience of managing term contracts and projects, with a methodical approach to work
  • At least five years' experience in a similar role, with a strong track record of success
  • Excellent communication, relationship management, and influencing skills
  • Ability to constructively challenge and create mutually beneficial outcomes for all stakeholders
  • A full clean UK driving license is required
