About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a Trainee High Intensity Therapist. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your skills and experience in mental health services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work with individuals experiencing anxiety and depression, providing evidence-based psychological therapies.
  • Develop and maintain a caseload, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality care and achieve service targets.
  • Participate in clinical supervision and personal development to enhance practice and skills.
Requirements
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent in a mental health-related field (e.g., Psychology, Neuroscience, or a BABCP-recognized core profession).
  • Ability to meet either route to eligibility: core mental health profession with 2 years' post-qualification experience or 4 years' relevant mental health experience with a KSA portfolio.
  • Some knowledge and experience of CBT.
Desirable Criteria
  • Experience working in stepped care services for anxiety and depression.
  • Evidence of foundation-level or sustained CPD in CBT.
  • Evidence of using CBT techniques in practice.
