The Faculty of Engineering and Technology is a pioneering Faculty that creates and communicates knowledge to ensure our students excel in their chosen discipline. We're seeking a Faculty Research and Enterprise Administrator to provide operational and administrative support for Research and Enterprise activities.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide administrative support for Research and Enterprise activities, ensuring seamless operations and effective communication.
  2. Collaborate with the Faculty team to develop and implement Research and Enterprise strategies, aligning with the University's goals.
  3. Manage and maintain accurate records, databases, and documentation related to Research and Enterprise activities.
  4. Coordinate events, meetings, and workshops, ensuring smooth logistics and effective communication.
  5. Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, fostering a collaborative environment.
Requirements
  1. HNC/D in a relevant subject or equivalent qualification or relevant work experience.
  2. Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software quickly.
  3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Adaptable and flexible approach to work, with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
