Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Line Chef to join our culinary team at The Lost & Found. As a Line Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a wide range of dishes to the highest standards, while maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes to meet the demands of a fast-paced kitchen
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene
  • Work effectively as part of a team to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Develop and implement new menu ideas and recipes
  • Contribute to the development of the culinary team and provide guidance and support to junior staff members
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Line Chef or equivalent role in a high-volume kitchen
  • Excellent culinary skills and knowledge of food preparation and presentation
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain a calm and professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
