We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Chef to lead our kitchen team at the new DoubleTree by Hilton Sheffield City hotel. As a key member of our pre-opening team, you will have the opportunity to make a lasting impact on our culinary operations and contribute to the success of our hotel.

About the Role:

The Head Chef will be responsible for driving the operational duties of running a successful kitchen and brigade, ensuring staff safety and environment cleanliness practices are followed and documented. You will work closely with our Executive Head Chef to deliver a smooth service and provide an excellent dining experience for our guests.
