About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Senior Healthcare Assistant to join our community team. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, holistic care to patients in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist patients with personal care, including moving, positioning, and mobilizing patients
  • Observe patients' general condition and report any changes as required
  • Assist with patients' nutritional needs and update patient records

Requirements:

  • NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification
  • Previous experience in a healthcare setting
  • Ability to work a full range of shifts, including weekends
  • UK Driving Licence and access to a vehicle with Class 1 business insurance
