Branch Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced and ambitious individual to join our team as an Assistant Branch Manager. As a key member of our branch team, you will play a vital role in supporting the Branch Manager and contributing to the success of our business.
Key Responsibilities- Support the Branch Manager in managing all aspects of the branch and business
- Coach and develop a team to deliver exceptional customer service and sales performance
- Nurture strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing expert advice and recommendations
- Ensure the safety and well-being of colleagues and customers, adhering to all safety policies and procedures
- Be commercially aware and support the Branch Manager in driving business growth and profitability

RequirementsWe are looking for a passionate, inspirational, and engaging leader who can delegate successfully and empower colleagues to take accountability and lead areas of the branch. You will be highly adaptable, resilient, and tenacious with high levels of energy and drive. Previous experience within a builders' merchant is advantageous, but not essential. You will have transferable skills in inspirational leadership, operational management, sales, great customer service, and commercial acumen.
