Job Title: Assistant Branch Manager

We are seeking an experienced and ambitious individual to join our team as an Assistant Branch Manager at our Saltash branch. As a key member of our branch team, you will play a vital role in supporting the Branch Manager and contributing to the success of our business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Branch Manager in managing all aspects of the branch and business
  • Coach and develop a team to deliver exceptional customer service and sales performance
  • Nurture strong relationships with customers and colleagues to drive business growth and success
  • Ensure the branch operates safely and efficiently, adhering to all relevant policies and procedures
