About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate Beauty Consultant to join our team at Next. As a Beauty Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers receive a personalized and engaging shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work on the Beauty department, supporting the Brand counters and assisting with stockrooms and processing deliveries as needed
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest beauty trends and products, providing expert advice and recommendations to customers
  • Deliver outstanding customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Take ownership of your development, identifying areas for improvement and seeking feedback from colleagues and managers

About You:

  • You are passionate about beauty and have a keen interest in skincare, makeup, and fragrance
  • You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike
  • You are flexible, supportive, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction
