About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced House Porter to join our team at 45 Park Lane. As a House Porter, you will play a vital role in ensuring the seamless delivery of exceptional service to our guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide discreet and intuitive service to guests, ensuring their needs are met with a high level of attention to detail.
- Manage guest requests, including special set-ups, additional supplies, and deep cleaning of guest rooms.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.
- Communicate effectively with guests and colleagues to resolve any issues or concerns.
Requirements
