Role: Junior Jack/Porter

We're seeking a dynamic and energetic Porter (also known as a Junior Jack) to deliver exceptional experiences across all areas of the House. This individual will have a passion for creating memorable moments through flawless attention to detail and personalized resident/member service. The ideal candidate will be a creative problem-solver with excellent guest service skills, able to multitask and manage multiple guest requests simultaneously.

About You

  • Experience in a porter or front of house role, with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple guest requests and items simultaneously
  • Creative spark and flair for intuitive service
  • Excellent command of English, both verbal and written
  • Second language (preferred but not essential)
  • Positive, engaging personality and strong interpersonal skills
  • Good task and time management abilities
  • The right to work in the UK
