Specialist Oncology Physiotherapist Job Opportunity

Sanctuary Personnel Ltd, a leading recruitment agency with a strong reputation for excellence, is seeking an experienced and dedicated Specialist Oncology Physiotherapist to join their team in Manchester on a full-time basis.

About the Role

This exciting opportunity is for a passionate and proactive physiotherapist with a keen interest in oncology and cancer rehabilitation. As a Specialist Oncology Physiotherapist, you will work independently and autonomously, delivering high-quality physiotherapy assessments and treatments to support patients throughout their cancer journey.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality physiotherapy assessments and treatments to patients with cancer
  • Develop and mentor colleagues, students, and other healthcare professionals
  • Contribute to the evaluation and expansion of clinical services
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care
Requirements
  • Physiotherapy degree qualification or equivalent
  • Commitment to Continuous Professional Development
  • Specialist clinical experience in Oncology and/or Haematology
  • Broad clinical experience across core physiotherapy areas: surgical care, respiratory, acute medicine, neurology, musculoskeletal, rehabilitation
  • Understanding of oncology conditions, treatments, and pathways
  • Advanced communication skills and a passion for cancer care
