Senior Finance Analyst Job Description

Adecco UK Limited is seeking a highly skilled Senior Finance Analyst to join their team. As a Senior Finance Analyst, you will play a critical role in delivering accurate financial information and analysis to support planning and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Prepare and present financial reports, forecasts, and budgets to support business decision-making.
  • Financial Risk Management: Identify and mitigate financial risks, ensuring compliance with IFRS and company policies.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and present audit reconciliations to external and internal auditors, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Financial Systems: Set up and maintain financial systems, including SAP, to ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, providing expert advice to senior management.
Requirements:
  • Education: Degree in Finance or a related field, along with a recognized accounting qualification (ACA, CIMA) or equivalent.
  • Experience: Demonstrable experience in a finance environment, preferably within the automotive industry.
  • Skills: Advanced IT skills, particularly in Excel and enterprise resource planning systems like SAP, as well as excellent communication and presentation skills.
