At Medacs Global Group, we're seeking a highly skilled Support Services Professional to join our Litmus Workforce Solutions team in Southend-on-Sea, Essex.

This part-time role involves providing exceptional services to clients and candidates while working as part of a collaborative team. As a key member of our Managed Service, you'll be responsible for general administrative tasks, including helpdesk support, pay queries, timesheet monitoring, and on-site compliance checking.

You'll work closely with the client to ensure all contractual obligations are met, and maintain up-to-date candidate profiles on our database. This is an excellent opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our candidates and clients.

  1. Provide telephone support to clients and candidates during service hours at weekends.
  2. Manage the service inbox, responding to queries or directing them to the relevant team member within agreed timescales.
  3. Conduct pre-employment checks to verify candidate information.
  4. Process and check full compliance for internal and external candidates, chasing any missing documentation as necessary.
  5. Ensure all timesheets are submitted and processed correctly.
  6. Review reports to identify areas for improvement.
  7. Resolve payroll queries and respond to customer inquiries.
  8. Offer on-site system training and support to new users.
  9. Attend on-site meetings and present MI reports.
  10. Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
  11. Provide first-line support for issues and complaints, gathering relevant information.
  12. Maintain accurate system records.
