- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Professional certification (or near qualified) such as ACCA, ACA or equivalent.
- Experience in an audit or consulting role in a professional services firm, an investigative/research organization or a regulatory body.
- Experience of cross border investigative/research or commercial transactions.
- Experience in a reputable professional or financial services firm, or from an investigative/research intensive organization.
- Proven quantitative, analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Advanced Microsoft office skills, with proven experience in using Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to drive forward and co-ordinate a number of concurrent projects and tasks, managing competing demands.
- The position may require extensive travel both nationally and internationally.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills that help represent diverse communities.
- Experience working with diverse teams.
