Morson Technical Services is seeking an experienced Aircraft Simulator Technician to join our team at RNAS Yeovilton.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all Synthetic Training Equipment (STE) are maintained and provided to the Merlin Commando Training Facility on time and to the agreed standard.
  • Assist the Audio Visual (AV) team in the maintenance and repair of STE.
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to resolve technical issues and improve STE performance.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and maximize equipment availability.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in aircraft maintenance and repair.
  • Strong technical knowledge of Synthetic Training Equipment (STE).
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
