Leadership Opportunity in Cloud Security

We are seeking a seasoned Cloud Security Architect to lead our team of cybersecurity experts. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and integration of our cloud security architecture, ensuring seamless protection of our digital assets. As a leader, you will have the autonomy to shape the team's impact and drive innovation in cloud security.

About the Role

  • Cultivate a culture of excellence in cloud security among team members
  • Provide strategic guidance and mentorship to ensure team members acquire advanced skills in cloud security
  • Identify high-potential team members and facilitate their transition into leadership positions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement large-scale, cutting-edge cloud security solutions
  • Oversee the end-to-end management of our cloud security program, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and development of cybersecurity professionals
  • Contribute to the development of comprehensive security policies and procedures for cloud-based services
  • Effectively manage, mentor, and develop a team of motivated and talented cybersecurity professionals
  • Serve as a subject matter expert and advocate for cloud security within the organisation

Key Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in cloud security, with a technical background in areas such as cloud architecture, security engineering, or threat analysis
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage high-performing teams, with excellent people management and mentorship skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and address challenges proactively
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional partners and stakeholders
