About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Cyber Security Architect to lead our cloud security efforts and develop robust security systems and policies within our organisation. As a key member of our cyber security team, you will ensure that our data, network, and systems are protected from cyber threats and comply with relevant standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement cloud security strategies and solutions that align with our business goals and technical requirements.
  • Design and deliver secure cloud architectures that meet regulatory compliance and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess existing cloud security architectures and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key partners and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in cloud security and provide expert guidance and recommendations to the team.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field with a strong understanding of cloud security principles and practices.
  • Experience working as a Cyber Security Architect or similar role with a focus on cloud security.
  • Knowledge of cloud security frameworks, standards, and regulations such as CSA Cloud Controls Matrix, ISO27001:2022, and GDPR.
  • Strong technical skills in areas such as cloud infrastructure, identity and access management, and encryption.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proven experience in developing and delivering security solutions and training programs.

Salary:

The salary for this role is £82,000 per annum, plus a bonus of 7.5% and benefits including 25 days annual leave, personal pension plan, and tax-efficient benefits.
