Community Health Nurse Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Specialist Community Public Health Nurse to join our team at Kent Community Health NHS Foundation Trust. As a Specialist Community Public Health Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to families and individuals in the community.
As a member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering evidence-based care to support the health and well-being of our patients. You will work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure that our patients receive comprehensive and coordinated care.

Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality care to patients in the community, including antenatal and postnatal care, health visiting, and safeguarding.
- Work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of local and national health agendas.
- Support the implementation of policies and procedures to ensure high-quality care.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of the team.
- Registered health care professional (NMC registration) with a health-related degree and relevant postgraduate development.
- Specialist qualifications relevant to the area of practice, including Specialist Community Public Health Nurse.
- PRINCE 2 or equivalent project management training, PTLLS/DTLLS, PGCE, or Certificate in Education Management.
