Adult Healthcare Professional

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Adult Healthcare Professional to join our team at Transformation Unit. As a key member of our outpatients department, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our patients.
Your primary responsibility will be to work effectively as part of a multi-disciplinary team, demonstrating excellent communication skills and exercising autonomy within your area of responsibility.

Key Responsibilities:
- To work effectively as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
- To demonstrate effective communication skills.
- To exercise autonomy within your given area of responsibility, being accountable for your work and reviewing the effectiveness of your actions.
Requirements:
- GCSE (Grade 4 – 9) in English and Mathematics or Functional Skills level 2 pass in English and Mathematics or equivalent recognised qualification.
- NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care (e.g. University Certificate of Competence in Principles of Children & Young People Healthcare, advanced diploma, Higher apprenticeship Level 3) or Healthcare Support Worker Level 2.
- Care Certificate.
Salary Information:
The salary for this role is £29,485 - £31,088 per annum inclusive, based on a full-time contract of 37.5 hours per week.
