Job Title: Cleaning Operative

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Cleaning Operative to join our team at Resorts World Birmingham. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout our casino and public areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform all cleaning tasks as per specification and to the required standard
  • Conduct regular cleaning patrols of all common areas, including public toilets, and proactively address any issues that arise
  • Undertake periodic deep cleaning tasks in line with site schedules
  • Utilize equipment and machinery safely and in accordance with company policies and procedures
  • Adhere to a positive and flexible attitude, adapting to changing priorities and procedures
  • Meet deadlines and work efficiently under pressure
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a similar coordinating role is required
  • Previous cleaning experience is essential
  • Previous machinery experience is desirable, with training provided
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Good customer care skills
