About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Care Support Specialist. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and managing incontinence
  • Support clients with medication management and administration
  • Assist with practical tasks such as shopping, meal preparation, and housekeeping
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and their families
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a care or healthcare setting is not necessary, but a willingness to learn and develop new skills is essential
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
