**Job Title:** Histopathology Specialist

**Estimated Salary:** £39,000 - £70,000 per annum

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Histopathology Specialist. As a specialist registrar in cellular pathology, you will be responsible for participating in the macroscopic investigation of histopathological specimens under consultant supervision.

The ideal candidate will have a strong educational background in histopathology and a minimum of 2 years training experience in the field. Familiarity with the UK Histopathology training system is desirable.

This is a full-time post with no on-call requirement, and working hours are weekdays between 8am-5pm. The successful candidate will work alongside experienced consultants and specialists in the Department of Cellular Pathology at Wycombe Hospital.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Participate in the macroscopic investigation of histopathological specimens under consultant supervision
• Carry out cut-up duties according to departmental rotation
• Work alongside other specialty doctors and specialist registrars in the department

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

• MBBS or equivalent qualification
• GMC registration
• FRCPath Part 1 qualification
