Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our national team of engineers, you will be responsible for the service, breakdown repair, and maintenance of our range of highly advanced X-ray, CT, and MRI systems located at hospitals and healthcare centres throughout your local region.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients, ensuring their medical imaging systems are functioning optimally.
- Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting on X-ray, CT, and MRI systems, utilizing your technical expertise and knowledge of medical imaging systems.
- Collaborate with our national team of engineers to share best practices, knowledge, and expertise, ensuring seamless service delivery and continuous improvement.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with the latest medical imaging technologies and advancements.
- Contribute to the development of our team's technical expertise and knowledge, sharing your experience and insights with colleagues.
- Relevant technical qualification in electronics or a related field.
- Proven experience in maintaining, installing, and repairing X-ray equipment from various sectors, including medical, industrial, and military backgrounds.
- Previous field service experience, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional customer service and support.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
- Flexible approach, with a willingness to travel and work in a fast-paced environment.
