Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled HGV Technician to join our dynamic team at our Cardiff Office.

Role Summary: As a HGV Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring that all heavy goods vehicles and light commercial vehicles are safe and operational.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular inspections and diagnostics on HGVs to identify potential issues.">
  • Perform repairs and maintenance on various vehicle systems including electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic components.">
  • Maintain accurate records of repairs and services performed on each vehicle.">
  • Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot complex issues and implement effective solutions.">
  • Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their vehicle needs.">

Requirements:

  • Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in equipment repair.">
  • Ability to lift heavy loads as required during repairs (heavy lifting).">
  • Experience using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.">
  • Excellent customer service skills to interact positively with clients.">
