We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Female Support Worker to join our team, working closely with vulnerable adults to provide emotional and practical support.
Job Description
Your key responsibilities as a Female Support Worker include:
- Supporting individuals with disabilities to achieve their goals and aspirations.
- Providing basic daily care such as medication administration, cooking, cleaning, and paperwork.
- Empowering individuals to learn new skills or pursue hobbies and interests.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you must have:
- Experience within the care industry, ICSs or equivalent essential.
- Previous experience Supporting people with Mental Health Conditions, Complex Care needs and Challenging Behaviours.
- A full UK Manual Driving Licence - Needed.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
