  • Excellent communication skills for building positive relationships with clients, families, and colleagues
  • A patient and calm demeanor for handling challenging situations professionally
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, taking initiative when required
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Driving Licence and access to a car for efficient travel
  • Citizenship or right to work in the UK
