Job Title: Children's Residential Manager

Halcyon Care Dorset Ltd is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residential Manager to lead our children's residential home in Dorset.

About the Role:

As a Residential Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the home, ensuring that we provide a safe and nurturing environment for children aged 8-18 years.

You will work closely with our wellbeing and psychological team to provide ongoing support to the children, and be responsible for implementing OFSTED regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the team to deliver high-quality care and support to children
  • Oversee the management of the home, including staff supervision and training
  • Work closely with the wellbeing and psychological team to provide therapeutic care
  • Ensure compliance with OFSTED regulations and company policies
Requirements:
  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Care (or equivalent)
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in residential childcare and 2 years in a managerial role
  • UK driving license and access to a vehicle
  • Access to health insurance and a workplace pension scheme
