Job Title: Principal EICA Design Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Principal EICA Design Engineer to join our multidisciplinary Innovation, Design & Solutions (IDS) department in our Southampton office, with hybrid working available.

About the Role:
  • Lead the design of projects covering water treatment, water distribution and storage, wastewater recycling, desalination, and flood defence.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, clients, external design resources, and subcontractors to ensure compliance with specifications.
  • Develop electrical design deliverables, including specifications, design calculations, design sketches, and design schedules.
  • Support the Process Engineering team in developing Process Control Philosophy documents and User Requirement Specification documents.
  • Manage project-specific design interfaces with clients, external consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Requirements:
  • BTEC/HNC/HND/BEng qualification in an EICA Engineering discipline or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in delivering multi-discipline engineering projects.
  • Experience within the Water Industry.
