Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as a Community Staff Nurse. The successful candidate will work as part of a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality care to patients in their own homes, GP premises, and other community settings.

Main Duties

The post holder will be accountable for delivering high-quality care to patients, working closely with other members of the integrated multidisciplinary team, and promoting health, well-being, and independence for patients on the team caseload.

Person Specification

  • Registered Nurse Level 1 (Adult)
  • Mentor and assessor qualification or equivalent
  • Experience of working in a multi-disciplinary team setting
  • Ability to demonstrate sound knowledge and application of up to date evidence-based clinical practice
  • Excellent communication, analytical skills, and problem-solving approach
  • IT literate and aware of the complex needs of a multicultural, socially diverse population
  • Effective time management and ability to work under pressure

Working Arrangements

The service operates between 8 am and 6 pm, 7 days a week. The successful candidate will be required to work weekends and bank holidays and have a full driving license and access to a car.
