About the Role:

The JM Longbridge Group is seeking a highly skilled Senior Customer Implementation Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our Prime Brokerage team, you will be responsible for delivering full system implementation projects and proof of concept (POC) projects, as well as providing exceptional client onboarding and optimization services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement system implementation projects and POCs to meet client needs and expectations
  • Provide exceptional client onboarding and optimization services to ensure seamless integration with our Prime Brokerage platform
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve margin-related issues between high-frequency (HF) clients and Prime Brokerage Risk teams
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in Prime Brokerage and margining to provide expert advice and guidance to clients
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and exceeded

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in Prime Brokerage and margining, with a strong understanding of financial markets and derivatives
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Proficiency in trade data files, data formats, and market/reference data used in Prime Brokerage margin calculations
