Senior Occupational Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Occupational Therapist to join our innovative Neurosciences team at the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing specialist assessment and intervention to patients with complex neurological conditions, including stroke and head injury.
Main Duties- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients with complex neurological conditions, including stroke and head injury.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to promote optimal recovery and independence.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care and coordination.
- Provide education and training to patients, carers, and healthcare professionals on the use of equipment and techniques for neurological rehabilitation.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of evidence-based practice guidelines and protocols.
