Senior Occupational Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Occupational Therapist to join our Crisis Response and Home Treatment Team based at Hellesdon Hospital in Norwich.
As a Senior Occupational Therapist, you will play a key role in providing high-quality occupational therapy services to individuals in crisis, working closely with our multidisciplinary team to deliver effective interventions and support.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized treatment plans to support individuals in crisis
- Deliver occupational therapy interventions in a community setting, including home treatment and outreach
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement risk management strategies
- Contribute to the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives

Requirements- Degree in Occupational Therapy
- Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council
- Experience of working in a crisis response or home treatment setting
