  • Collaborating with the Facilities Product Development Manager to draft updates to facility products, ensuring compatibility with facility wordings.
  • Working with the 360GBR wordings team to draft endorsements and cover requirements that align with facility products.
  • Engaging with internal and external stakeholders to review facility products and ensure they continue to offer broad coverage.
  • Conducting competitor product analysis as part of the facility product review process.
  • Providing ongoing support to stakeholders to ensure facility products reflect changes in regulation and market developments.
  • Collaborating with insurers to ensure facility documentation accurately reflects their latest statutory disclosures and notices.
  • Developing and delivering product training presentations to internal and external stakeholders as required.
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for client-facing teams regarding technical queries on facility products.
  • Identifying opportunities to optimize business growth and retention through product development.
  • Supporting the GB Retail Facilities Management team with new facility proposition tender exercises when required.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum five years of commercial insurance experience.
  • Strong knowledge of property, business interruption, and liability policies.
  • Ability to draft changes to policy wordings accurately using compatible language.
  • Competency in Microsoft Office products, particularly Word.
