Electrical Systems Technician

The HVAC Recruitment team is looking for an experienced Electrical Systems Technician to join our client's data centre operations team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal operation and maintenance of site electrical systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure all electrical systems are properly installed, maintained, and operated in accordance with industry standards and codes.
- Perform routine inspections and tests to identify potential issues before they become major problems.
- Respond to reactive issues and perform repairs or replacements as necessary.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure effective communication and issue resolution.
Requirements and Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in electrical systems maintenance and repair.
- Level 3 Electrical Installations or equivalent qualification.
- Knowledge of building management systems (BMS) and other data centre systems.
- HV Approved Person status (desired).
Working Conditions
This role involves working a continental shift pattern, which includes night shifts, weekends, and public holidays. You must be willing to work flexible hours and adapt to changing situations.
