About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Data Centre Shift Technician to join our team at Highfield Professional Solutions Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for maintaining and operating our data centre infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
• Electrical Maintenance: Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot site electrical systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and codes of practice.
• Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM): Conduct scheduled maintenance on critical equipment to the highest standards, ensuring optimal performance and uptime.
• Reactive Maintenance: Address day-to-day maintenance tasks and reactive issues related to electrical equipment, HVAC systems, and critical infrastructure.
Requirements:
You will have a strong background in electrical engineering and experience working in critical environments. You should be able to work effectively as part of a team and communicate clearly with colleagues and stakeholders.
Salary and Benefits:
The successful candidate will receive a salary of up to £51k per annum, plus benefits including a pension scheme and opportunities for professional development.
