Job Title:

Mechanical Site Supervisor / Site Manager

A leading provider of mechanical and electrical engineering services, Skilled Careers offers design, installation, and maintenance solutions across various sectors.

As a Mechanical Site Supervisor, you will oversee the electrical aspects of a £9m industrial manufacturing unit extension, ensuring all work is completed safely, on time, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate Mechanical installation work on-site, ensuring compliance with project specifications and safety standards.
  • Liaise with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and audits to monitor progress and quality of work.
  • Identify and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project.
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and any changes to the project scope.
  • Provide guidance and support to the electrical team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Mechanical Site Supervisor, preferably in the life sciences or related sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of Mechanical systems, installation practices, and safety regulations.
  • Relevant certifications and qualifications in electrical engineering or a related field.

This is a contract role paying a day rate.
