About the Role

Due to a large workload and order book, they are seeking an experienced Mechanical Supervisor to join their team and support projects around the Thames Valley area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor the quality of sub-contract work to ensure it meets required Thames Water asset standards and project specifications.
  • Resolve site technical queries by liaison with the Design team and Project Engineering team.
  • Provide support to Site Managers with client liaison by attending meetings and reporting progress.
  • Maintain a site diary to record work activities and resources used and to ensure a record of all work activities is maintained.
  • Ensure that all site activity meets both internal company standards and external regulatory requirements.
  • Contribute to profitability on site by maximising efficient use of resources.
