Regulatory Monitoring Specialist

We are looking for a detail-oriented Regulatory Monitoring Specialist to join our team in Edinburgh on a permanent basis.

About the Position:

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and overseeing annual compliance monitoring plans, including scoping, fieldwork, documentation, and reporting.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement effective compliance monitoring plans to identify and mitigate risks
  • Conduct regular compliance audits and provide recommendations for improvement
  • Liaise with stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

Requirements:

  • Experience working in a compliance role within Financial Services
  • Strong knowledge of the FCA handbook and financial services regulatory framework
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

What We Offer:

An estimated salary of £60,000 - £75,000 per annum, depending on experience.
