Diagnostic Imaging Specialist

Nuffield Health Brentwood Hospital | Radiology | Permanent | Full time

Salary: Up to £38,500 per annum, depending on experience

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform radiological procedures as required, in accordance with department protocols and Ionising Radiation (Medical Exposure) Regulations (IRMER).
  • Provide clinical leadership within a specialist field in Diagnostic Imaging, including day-to-day supervision of staff, induction, development, training, and input into recruitment and performance review.
  • Work alongside the Radiation Protection Supervisor or Deputy Radiation Protection Supervisor to assist in monitoring, reviewing, developing, and maintaining systems of work to ensure radiation exposure is restricted.
