About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Community Safety Officer to join our team at ENGINEERINGUK. As a key member of our Community Safety Partnership, you will play a vital role in tackling violence against women and girls. Your primary focus will be on developing and implementing effective strategies to prevent domestic abuse and violence against women and girls. You will also oversee awareness-raising campaigns and support survivors of violence.

Key responsibilities include developing and delivering community safety projects, preparing and presenting reports, and maintaining oversight of commissioned activities. You will work closely with our Community Safety Partnership to ensure that our borough is a safe and supportive environment for all residents.

We are looking for an individual with experience in tackling violence against women and girls or a demonstrated passion for this mission. You will have strong project management or policy skills, excellent communication abilities, and ideally some knowledge of community safety issues. Good IT skills are essential, including proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
