Job Title: Area Support Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Area Support Coordinator to join our team. As an Area Support Coordinator, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality support to our clients and their families.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality support to clients and their families, following a detailed plan to meet their needs and wishes.
  • Enable clients to function at their maximum potential in their home and the wider community.
  • Assist in the recruitment and induction of new Support Workers.
  • Ensure that ACFL policies and procedures are followed at all times.
  • Ensure that Care Quality Commission standards are met for all clients and staff.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience working in support services or a similar care environment.
  • A driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
  • Trained to NVQ/Diploma Level 3 in Health and Social Care, or equivalent experience.
