About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Workshop Controller to join our team at Graypaul Birmingham. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service and quality in our Ferrari workshop.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in automotive service management, with experience in leading a team and ensuring efficient use of resources. You will also need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with our customers and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure that all service and repairs are carried out to the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage and coordinate the workflow of the service team to ensure efficient use of resources and minimize downtime.
  • Develop and implement training plans for all technical personnel to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure that the service team is meeting its targets and objectives.
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
  • Ensure that all health and safety procedures are observed and maintained at all times.
