### Job Overview

As a skilled Site Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of an existing construction site involving a full refurbishment of an existing £8m property. This project requires managing work on outbuildings, primarily decoration (internal & external), French polishing, 2nd fixings throughout (lights, faceplates, etc), joinery snagging, FF&E installation, and testing & commissioning.

### Key Responsibilities

* Manage day-to-day operations of construction sites, ensuring adherence to project plans and timelines.
* Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel to ensure efficient workflow.
* Monitor project progress and budget, identifying and addressing any issues or delays.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
* Communicate regularly with project stakeholders to provide updates on progress and address any concerns.

### Requirements

* Proven experience as a Site Manager in the construction industry.
* Strong leadership and communication skills.
* Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
* Safety conscious, with an eye for detail, ability to read a programme, and a cooperative attitude.
* Ideally, experience using SmartSheet.
* Relevant qualifications and certifications (e.g., CSCS card, SMSTS certificate, First Aid, etc).
