Private Equity Transaction Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Private Equity Transaction Manager to join our team in London. As a key member of our Private Equity practice, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of private equity transactions, including due diligence and drafting transaction documents.
Key Responsibilities- Provide strategic advice to private equity houses and financial sponsor clients on complex cross-border acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, leveraged buyouts, and public offerings.
- Manage and coordinate all aspects of private equity transactions, including conducting comprehensive due diligence and drafting key transaction documents.
- Identify and pursue business development opportunities and assist with implementing firm-wide strategies.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 3-5 years' experience within private equity transactions, gained wholly or in part at a large commercial law firm.
- Strong academic record and intellectual curiosity.
- Driven by professional growth with strong professional presence.
