Job Overview:
The Human Resources Administration role at Hays Business Support is a temporary position that requires assistance with recruitment administration activities. The successful candidate will work closely with the HR/People Team to support hiring line managers with their recruitment needs, post job advertisements, arrange interviews, give feedback, take notes/minutes in interviews, and participate in new starter onboarding process. This role is ideal for someone with HR Admin/REC/Recruitment Administration experience looking to gain more experience quickly in a busy job opportunity. To be successful, you will need to have proven business administration skills, excellent MS Office skills, and be able to start immediately in January 2025. The salary for this role is £25,000 per annum, and you will work full-time Monday-Friday with hybrid working available once trained.
