About the Role

The Assistant Product Manager will play a key role in supporting the execution of the product roadmap in line with company strategy, contributing to new product development, and managing the product lifecycle. This includes collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive brand and sales initiatives, preparing briefs for stakeholders, delivering presentations, and ensuring products comply with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Product Roadmap Support: Collaborate on executing the product roadmap, aligning with company strategy, incorporating customer insights, and supporting marketing activities to drive brand growth.
  • New Product Development: Assist in planning and launching new products, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing clear communication to stakeholders. Contribute to risk mitigation and product improvements.
  • Product Lifecycle Management: Support the maintenance and evaluation of products throughout their lifecycle, identify risks, and assist in product performance reporting.
  • Market and Industry Insights: Stay updated on industry trends, conduct research to inform product strategy, and report insights from industry events.
  • Customer and Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the industry and contribute to business goals as needed.

Requirements

  • Genuine curiosity and interest in marketing within the brassware industry.
  • Self-driven and resilient with excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Confident communicator.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Suite.
  • Strong analytical skills and an ability to extract customer requirements and translate them into clear development plans.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Prioritizing tasks to meet timelines.
  • A proactive, results-driven approach with a strong work ethic and a readiness to tackle challenges.
